We had a lovely Non-Day yesterday. It was a Sunday paper morning, and a long baby nap afternoon. We never made it out of the house like we’d intended to! Turns out it was just what we needed after lots of Thanksgiving festivities. We don’t get that many days all together bumbling around the house. And my other half made us some delicious turkey noodle soup at the end of our day.
The only thing I did get done during our Non-Day was some very satisfying online Christmas gift research. I’m fairly certain one of these Wheely Bugs from Prince Lionheart will be on Baby Girl’s Santa list. Padded leatherette seat, extra small size for a one year old’s short stubby legs, and adorable designs. Cow or ladybug? I can’t decide The casters wheel in every direction, which will be grat in our jam-packed house. There really aren’t any straight lines except for the boring, dark, short, hallway to nowhere but the closed bedroom door (foiled again Little Girl!) A Wheely Bug will let her bump into all the kitchen cabinets – and my legs – instead.
