Woah, Daylight Savings Time hit me hard, Dude. Like a bad hangover, or, well, more like an extra dose of Benadryl. Yeah, I’m such a druggie. What I’d really like to do is stretch out for a nap on a new modern sofa, burnt orange, in a sunlit room. And that modern sofa above only costs $40. It’s also only 7″ long. I’ve just found Mini Modernista and my geeky girlhood dollhouse dreams have just been updated to the present day. Back when I collected, the only real choice was Victorian. Luckily I liked Sleigh beds and tufted, swoopy chairs. But Dollhouses, if you haven’t noticed, have come a LONG long way. You can see just how cool it can be at the Mini Modern Blog. I’m already scheming ahead several years from now when Birdie will be old enough to inherit my 3-story plus garret (handmade by Grandpa) dollhouse, so beyond a simple toy. We will be heavily remodeling in a modern meets vintage vibe (first to go is the mauve 1980’s wallpaper), with the help of Mini Modernista.

Hello!
Thank you so much for your kind words. So glad you have discovered modern minis and welcome to the club!
And thank YOU Doris for giving us a new – and much needed – take on the world of miniatures!
This could turn into my latest addiction if I’m not careful ;)
How do I purchase modern minis?
The purple links above should take you to their online shop – but here’s the link again if you need it:
