Yep, there may still be two feet of snow on the ground outside my window, but spring is so close I can taste it on the air! Next Direct’s new catalog arrived today, and it was the perfect moment for a little spring daydreaming. Based in the UK (but shipping from Florida for all of you US pals), they’re a one stop online shop for all kinds of affordable fashion must-haves.
It’s a little bit boho, a little bit Mini Boden/Euro-Prep, with everything in between. Dresses for Birdie average around $20 – some even lower, and jeans for girls and boys are around $24. Some of it feels a little Euro-trashy to me – especially the women’s clothing (it’s like Newport News, sort of), but I promise you’ll find some golden tickets among the selections. Instead of trying to pull just one or two items for you, I was too overwhelmed by the choices – so you’ll have to go do some digging on your own! (Ok, if you’re really curious, I think she needs a pair of these jeans, this dress, and this romper, for starters).

I just heard that you could shop Next over here, thanks for the confirmation. Next was always my go-to store for weddings, funerals and interviews as a student. Some of the kids stuff looks cute.
I thought they might have stores here now, but I couldn’t find info on the website. I vaguely remember their stores last time I was in London, glad to know a true Brit is on my side on this one ;)

CUTE! I love the romper, I am a huge sucker for rompers, loved them when I was little and can’t wait to dress my little girl in them. Oh and those jeans, Birdie must have them!
