Best Discount Flash Sale Websites for Kids, Infant, Baby, Toys, and Women's Fashion

It’s time to update my listing of the best flash sale sites for kids and their parents, one of my favorite fascinations. All those gorgeous things in the above image? We own all of it (or a slight variation of it), thanks to flash sale sites.

Flash sales are online boutiques that focus on short-term sales at huge discounts. Usually a brand is only available for 2-4 days, with discounts averaging anywhere between 30% and 80%. They feed off of our oh-my-god-its-almost-gone mentality, and boy is it working! In particular, most of my favorite clothing/shoe finds for Birdie are thanks to my favorite sites, like The Mini Social and Gilt Groupe. Suddenly I’m buying shoes, dresses, shirts, etc. for a price similar to the full price of a mass retailer like Old Navy – but for a much more unique, higher quality item. Note that most of them require you to register your email in order to gain access.

The drawback? Most items don’t ship until after the sale is done, so you can expect a 2 week delay between order and delivery.

There are also daily deals sites which focus on one product each day – and when it’s gone it’s gone. We’ve found some great deals on more practical gear through these sites (everything from an Ergo Baby carrier to sippy cups to rain gear). Plus, these sites ship much faster – I’ve had items arrive 3 days after I ordered them!

Below you can find the best in each category – have fun shopping!

Kid-centric Sale Sites

The Mini Social – They are still my gold standard and daily addiction. Where some sites’ offerings vary in quality and design, The Mini Social has my style number on speed dial. Always amazing, and always great deals!

Zulily – Zulily has the highest quantity of sales focused on kids and moms at any given time. But sometimes the options aren’t quite as hip or contemporary as I’d like. Still, there are really great deals to be had, and it’s always worth a look.

Totsy – Of these three sites, I’ve ordered the least from Totsy – my taste just doesn’t line up with the buyers on a regular basis. Still, they probably sell the most toys of the three sites, along with more practical gear as well. That makes them a great resource.

Best of Everything Sale Sites

These sites have categories for everything from my favorite jeans, to skincare, but they also feature a great selection of children’s products – especially fashion and shoes. It’s the best of both worlds, you can check things out for you and the kidlets!

Haute Look – Everything from fashion and shoes for women, men, and kids to toys, skincare, and travel packages.

Gilt Groupe – Lots of options, and very similar to Haute Look with everything from fashion to furnishings to vacations.

Ideeli – a well-edited collection of a little bit of everything – I always love their women’s style picks and kids finds.

Home Flash Sale Sites

These sites focus on furnishings, home  decor, and accessories. But they also sales specifically geared towards kids toys and decor. Let’s face it, if you’re into a modern nursery/kids room like we are – anything in these sales could end up in your kiddo’s cave.

Fab – These guys are my hands down favorite. We just found the Brinca Dada Emerson Dollhouse for almost 40% off, plus I had some store credits as well (from friend referrals, bonus!) to make it even more affordable. Love their selection and their sense of style.

Red Nook – Just like Fab, these guys are so new they don’t have any sales yet, but the previews look great – again, a modern vibe is in store for all of us!

The Foundary – Everything from furnishings to candles to water bottles, they really do “find” great deals on cool items of all kinds.

One Kings Lane – They bring a certain regal air to their offerings, but with a contemporary vibe in the mix. Very lux – but with great kids things thrown into the mix.

Joss and Main – A little more down to earth and homey, but still full of gorgeous picks.

Daily Deals Sale Sites

These sale sites focus on one deal a day (except for Mamabargains, see below). They often sell out early, so it’s best to read your emails first thing. Products are often more practical and/or smaller business based, and the deals (and turnaround time to your door) are stellar.

Mamabargains – Mamabargains continuously runs one deal at a time. So, when an item sells out, they promptly refresh with a new one. They bring addiction to a whole new level – because you can stop by multiple times in one day and always find something new!

BabySteals – Fashion and practical gear for babies and toddlers.

KidSteals – Fashion and practical gear for kids.

Baby Half Off – Anything for your baby can be found here!

Eco Baby Buys – Lots of choices that are always organic and/or eco-friendly for your babies and infants.

Thanks for that – I’m signing up now to see what it’s like. Interesting concept to vote for the brands you’d like a discount on …
