Best Modern Baby Booties and Shoes for Stylish Hip Babies Toddlers and Pre-walkers

This post started with one gorgeous pair of green moccasin mary janes, handmade in Australia by Rose Anne Russell. These green leather baby moccasin shoes, $25 are made with one piece of leather, no really, just one! Combine the moccasin details with my favorite bright green hue and I’m smitten. But then they reminded me of all the wonderful options for baby shoes. Those cold days are coming, the ones where Baby’s toes just have to stay warm, so it’s best to research our options. You know, shoes really do make the outfit when one’s wardrobe is filled with onesies and elastic pants. Keep reading for my favorite styles for this winter:

Warmly lined in fleece,  these would be awesome to cuddle up with in January.
Mukluk Boots in a variety of furry colors, $32.50, from Funky Shapes

For dapper little boys and girls everywhere.
Leather Spats, $30, from Kernel Mustard

I think these elastic-backed moccasins might stay on better than their more popular Minnetonka cousins.
Fringed Baby Moccasin Booties, $30, from Kaboogie

Because I really do think yellow shoes would go with almost any outfit in Birdie’s wardrobe (and they’d MAKE the outfit!)
Ruffled yellow leather mary janes, $25, from Pods Shoes

I really want to see a little dude rocking out in these 2-way boots. (And of course, the girls would look adorable too).
Soft sole tall baby boots, $28.99, from Wild Cubs

Last but not least, Zuzii’s boots, shoes, and sandals are a perennial favorite over here!
Bijou Baby Boots, $36.50, from Zuzii

The green are my favorite by far!!! I pinned those a long time ago and still love them! And we almost had the same items on our blogs today… I almost blogged about the yellow shoes too, but I was going to talk about the pattern you can get to make your own! But then I shortened my post to just tutorials… Great minds think alike! Lol

In the shoe business we call these “grandma grabbers”. They are really cute and actually pretty functional.
