These days, one of Birdie’s favorite things is noticing letters. Counting them, singing about them, “writing” them in her little glitter notebook with her blueberry scented Smencil. I think it’s contagious because look at this post, I can’t help myself! Especially when I stumble onto great goodies like these. When she was younger, including lots of letters in her room was really just a design choice, but now it’s something that will clearly keep her engaged.
Above, you’re looking at Wooden alphabet letters (winged A, blue M, and Striped m) from Edie’s Labs, $18 – $35. The clear acrylic letter blocks – A, B, Isla, and Olivia examples – are thanks to Reformed Art Cubes, $18.95 per block. The Retro Typeface blocks, $22 for 6, are from Meeshabelle. And the Alphabet Magnuts, $10 are thanks to Quirk Gallery.
Below, my favorite arty alphabet prints – modern and retro all at once. The grey letterpress Alphabet Doubled Poster, $35, is created by Ink Petals. The Alphabet print Tyopgraphy Poster, $19 is available from Restyle Design Prints. Draw! Pilgrim designs the individual letter prints in her Alphabet Series, currently 20% off at $26.40. I also hear Draw! Pilgrim is debuting 4 new prints in a week’s time make sure to check back!

Oh I was hoping someday you’d do an alphabet post! Great links, I love the vintage inspired letters, awesome! Love ’em all, it’s hard to choose a favorite.
Thanks Sam! Feel free to suggest post ideas when you’re looking for things, I’m always looking for input ;)
Great post — love, love, love the stuff from Edie’s lab. I have never seen them before. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Shelia! Edie’s Lab is new to me too, I’m really eyeing the winged letters, so cool.
