Mother's Day Gifts - Jewelry, necklaces, rings, bracelets

It’s time to get selfish Mommas! Ok, no, that’s not what I mean at all. But it is time to take a moment for ourselves, and think about things we might enjoy. Things that might make us feel good. Because isn’t that what all the latest articles tell us? That a woman needs a little me-time? I’m a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to Mother’s Day: I like jewelry. So I wanted to share some of the cooler mother jewelry out there – add your favorite quote, your child’s funniest saying, the lattitude and longitude of a birth, wedding, or special event. There are so many ways to make these items more personal.

Skinny Bar Bracelet
Custom Starry Sky Necklace
Crown Ring – show her she’s the queen!
Longitude, Latitude, Location Necklace
Hidden Love Message Bracelet
Custom Name Ring

But I also keep hoping my little girl will make me something wonderful. I think I need to stop hinting to my husband, and instead sit him down and tell him that the two of them need to get crafty together. It just doesn’t occur to him. Here are a couple of ideas to get the ball rolling!

Mother Nature DIY Book, Small for Big
Marbled Mini Clay Bowls DIY, Paper n Stitch Blog
Scribble Bowl DIY, Small & Friendly
Children’s Art Tea Towel DIY, Setting for Four
Gold-Leafed Votive Candles DIY, Design Mom
Floral Bangle Bracelet and Mother’s Day Gift Tag, Lovely Indeed

Also – check out this post on DIY bracelets, so many of them would be great projects for older kids to make for their moms.

Thank you so much for including my Starry Night custom necklace. My mother actually gave me the idea for it, and I’m trying to get my little shop off the ground. This helps a lot!

I also do crafts with children as a side job, so I am definitely going to keep up with your blog. Lots of cute stuff here.

Wonderful! I’m glad you like the blog. I actually found you through the Nerd Wallet contest, small world huh?

That is good news to hear! I’m gonna go share your tattooed parents dolls. I’m not a parent, but as a person with orange hair and several tattoos, I appreciate them.
