We just returned from a fantastic parent-teacher conference, and I’m all smiles and giggles to see how far my little girl has come since her first day of Montessori school. How did I become the parent of an almost 5 year old? She’s come so far, in fact, that most of these amazing new toys from Petit Collage are probably too young for her.
So, that gives me 2 reasons to share all of the new additions to Petit Collage. Number one, they’re gorgeous, amazing, and surprising. And number two, since I can’t buy them for Birdie, I need to share them with you instead! The new offerings feature gorgeous floor puzzles, new mobiles, and my favorite, the pop out people, animals and city sets. Okay, I might be convinced to get the Happy Town people set, they’d be lovely on a a shelf, or great for some creative story-telling. I wonder if you could make them into puppets too? Just pop a stick on them? For kids, the simple act of putting them together will be fun in and of itself.
But really, I wish I could have these amazing wooden dolls (below) by Petit Collage designer Lorena Siminovich . Stunning!

Wow—those wooden dolls are exquisite! Quite a find.
Amazing right? They’re inspiring me, I may need to try making my own.
