Every sentence I try to write feels like a sentence I’ve written before. I feel a bit repetitive! But luckily these dolls from Humble Toys are here to push me to new words. They are about as unique as it gets.
With upcycled materials and an individual spirit, each handmade doll is her own blend of individuality. Plus, they’re meant to be a little bit imperfect, to encourage their little owners to make more clothes for them. Isn’t that a lovely idea? That if they’re a little rough around the edges, then they are more approachable to the kids that play with them – and for kids to make their own things. I love that. And I can feel it when I look at all the dolls from Humble Toys – it makes me itch to try making my own dolls. (of course, that’s been on my to-do list for awhile now!)
Oh – and stop by Humble Toys’ blog and enter her giveaway! If you win, feel free to send your doll my way instead!
