I’m so brain dead right now that this is going to be one of those posts where what I type here may not be all that interesting. Yesterday was one of those days, and today will be mostly about recovery, and what’s the word … oh yes, “self-care”. I’m going to be all about that today. It will probably include an extra-long hot shower, restful music, and some time with my sketchbook. Sometimes we just need to take care of ourselves. What’s your favorite way to take care?
