I know, I’m just barely getting into the summer swing of things, and already we need to think about the 4th of July? Hey, it pays to be prepared, right? Especially when it means we get to make fun projects like these.
I’ve created 3 fun paper projects for Cricut that are just waiting to make your 4th of July that much cooler. They’re geared towards a Cricut Explore Machine , but you can make them without the machine too! Try on The Little Firecracker Crown (I know your kid is one of those – aren’t they all a bit squirrelly?!), Uncle Sam’s Top Hat, or the 3D Stars and Stripes Necktie. And if your Littles are anything like my little whippersnapper – get all 3 to keep the kids fully occupied and engaged!
These projects are great for 4th of July parties, hanging out with the family, counting down the hours until the fireworks and watching the parade. Honestly, any old patriotic thing you can think of is better when you’re wearing one of these, I can almost guarantee it.
Head on over to Cricut’s Smallful shop to see them all and download your favorites!

In the instructions for this project in Design Space, it states you have a step by step tutorial here at your blog. But the links within the little firecracker hat only bring you back to Design Space. Are there more instructions?
Hi Jamie,
We’ve been having some problem getting those links updated – here is the direct link to the full instructions with photos for the Little Firecracker crown: http://smallforbig.com/cricut-craft-projects/printable-paper-craft-diy-firecracker-crown-4thjuly
