The highlights of my week were definitely not the two days Birdie was home sick from day camp, nor was it the sinking feeling that I was getting sick too. It also wasn’t the feeling that I should have been working much harder than I was able to. Nope. Instead the highlights of my week were taking the time to play the piano, and going to a pottery class with my husband. I recommend that as a date night for everyone reading this: so much fun. Though, to be honest, there isn’t a lot of time to connect, we spend most of it madly staring at the potters wheel wondering why things aren’t centered! What’s your favorite date night activity?
