I wish I’d had this book and journal when I was 13, and I wish I would have had the guts to really run with it. Things were always a bit too important to me then – books especially – and I took everything far too seriously. Who am I kidding, I still have to fight this tendency.
I almost want to buy “This Is Not a Book” now so I’ll be sure to have it when my daughter is old enough to need the same push in her creative patootie. Let’s hope both this book and the original “Wreck This Journal” will be in reprints for some time. (Because frankly I’d lose them if I bought them now!)
