So I woke up to a friend’s email reminding me of a very large Fine Art Fellowship grant deadline – it’s today. I’m frantically trying to not have an identity crisis (artist, momma, etsy, blogger, designer, you pick) because part of the application is, of course, laying bare my non-existent artistic goals in a succinct and non-whiny fashion. Instead it’d be better to just grab what I can, and send it out. Part of that is reviewing twenty images of my art without frustration.
While I do that, I’ll let you play with a fun image activity instead. I found the official Adobe Photoshop iPhone App earlier in the week and am loving what it can do to my iphone pictures. I’m making my random family pictures look a ton better. I can post them directly to facebook, twitter, emails, etc. without all my usual Designer Photoshop uploading/saving/storing headaches. This picture above was simply a bad exposure with a lot of excess window frame and carpet in the original. I think the above version is incredible.
And yes, that snow is from THIS fall.
