My week in review? The usual range of kiddie tantrums, hugs and kisses, and time in the sun. But with an added bonus: my birthday! I’ll spare you the melodrama of turning 35 *sigh* and move on to more important things. This week at Small for Big two great big super things happened: the Kamibashi GIVEAWAY (enter NOW, it ends soon!) and our first guest post from our new regular contributor, Chris Dunbar. And around the web? See for yourself:
- (image above) I went on a web search swing tangent and found the very modern Metroplay set from Metroshed. Which could actually convince me that a playset in the backyard is an ok thing.
- And nearby, you’ll need a fire pit and smores – and several minimalist, white, multi-skewer smore’s branch/fork skewer thingies. Love. via Coochicoos.
- And maybe on the tree across the way, you can add this extra-wide swinging in style Multi-Child Swing for the whole family to enjoy?
- If swinging in the sunshine doesn’t improve your mood, then check out this article “I Love My Children. I Hate My Life” from New York Magazine. Sound familiar? You bet. But it’s actually a nice long article about the problem with modern parenthood: somehow we expect perfection. Found via Babyccino Kids.
