So… what did we do this week? We began some small attempts at potty training (well, I’ve been hinting and suggesting for months, this week we actually tried cotton training pants). I’ll just leave at that – if you’ve been through it, you know the sticky situations (ewwwww). If you haven’t, you’ve got so much to look forward to! We’ve had some small successes, some very hilarious reactions, and the deck has been “christened”. Yep. That’s my week in a nutshell.

- This cool melted crayon art has been quite the popular post over at Pinterest this week. Wonder if there’s a safe way to let a kid near a heat gun? Guessing not. Hairdryer maybe? hmmm.

That doll house really is amazing! I have a great midcentury one that I need to get from my parent’s place!
Really?! How cool is that. I have a more traditional (but very gorgeous) wooden Victorian waiting at my parents’ house … It’s a good thing Birdie is too young, because we don’t have the room for it here!
