As usual, I thought I was ready for Christmas, and then it hits me with the freezing surprise of a speeding snowball! Oh my goodness, the number of things I’d like to get done between now and Tuesday is, um, mind-numbing. But all of it is fun holiday stuff, so I’m working hard to find my holiday spirit and share that with my husband and Birdie too. It’s so easy to get stressed and then start grumbling instead. Now if I could just find the blasted spare light bulbs for the burnt-out strand of lights on the Christmas tree, I’d be happier.
