The best part of this week is happening this afternoon. All the other days were pretty standard fair, with school, work, sleep, whining, hugs, and all the other things that go with being a mom and a boss lady. But today, Birdie is dancing with the St. Paul Ballet. Ok, so, it’s through an artist-in-residence program at her school so it’s not her dancing debut onstage or anything. But I’m really looking forward to spending the afternoon watching the kids in her class “dance”, and then afterwards we get to watch the real dancers too. It’s a great way to wrap up the week without getting dressed up and going to the theater!
