Birdie came home from school last week with a very broken backpack. We’re not sure what happened, but somehow the strap was completely ripped loose, with a gaping hole where it was originally attached. Luckily, we had a couple of days without school to find a replacement (the only bonus to faculty retreat days!).
Luckily, I stumbled across this perfect AM Landen Backpack on Amaazon. Birdie loves cats, and this bag is one of the coolest interpretations on that theme! Cat ears, a cat paw zipper pull, and really bright colors turn it into a backpack both of us can love. Plus, the price was under twenty dollars, and it was ready to ship on Amazon Prime! The “leather” is of course, vegan. The interior pockets are pretty basic. But hey, for the price, and her happiness, we’re totally satisfied.
