I’ve had all this extra energy this week! I’m positive it’s because of the good vibes I get from sharing the monster valentine downloads, the paper doll downloads, and my favorite valentine’s ideas. It seems I needed a little creative outlet, eh? Hopefully you enjoyed it too? Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to get crafty – people expect it more for this holiday than any other. I have a feeling as Birdie gets a little older (Like, right now.) that crafty ideas will be popping into my head and onto the blog more often. Hope that’s ok with you guys!
This week’s favorite links seem to, mysteriously, have a connection to Valentine’s Day. Go figure:
- (image above) “I’m Pretty Sure I Like You Alot” Print. If my walls weren’t jam packed already, and with a waiting list of art to add to them, this print would most definitely be in my husband’s hands on Monday. What a perfect piece for slightly non-romantics like us.
- I found Made with Love by Hannah’s amazing site of mod + folksy fairy tale inspired clothing thanks to a new freelance project. I want one of every skirt and t-shirt. Seriously. You can send them to me. The colors also remind me of warm Valentines.
- These handmade girls’ necklaces from Everbloom Tee have the playful colors of sweethearts and candy necklaces, but the charm and refinement of something much more special.
- The bright colors and easy instructions for handmade heart shaped crayons caught my eye in this printable valentine. (if for some unknown reason you don’t want mine. Me? Modest? Only in person)
- And, sigh. If Small for Big’s downloads this week aren’t what you needed, then check out The Long Thread’s Master List of 35 downloadable Valentine’s options. So many choices.
- Also loving the Valentine Cuteness gathered up at Bloesem Kids, in particular, the adorable vintagey miniature kites.
